GoFullPage was temporarily removed from the Chrome Web Store due to a copyright-related issue. We believe the removal was in error and are working with Google to have GoFullPage restored.
Unfortunately, Chrome also removed GoFullPage from some users’ browsers. This was not a security issue with GoFullPage.
Temporary access
We have found a temporary way for affected Chrome users to restore access to GoFullPage:
On chrome://extensions, you should be able to re-enable the extension:

GoFullPage, including any paid premium access, also continues to work normally on Microsoft Edge. Official Edge storefront link here.
We’re sorry for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we work with Google on a permanent resolution. We’ll update this page as soon as GoFullPage is fully restored in the Chrome Web Store.
Update—August 14, 2026
There are now several ways to keep using GoFullPage and any paid premium functionality. As a note, please use the official links provided on this page, as most search engine results are still pointing to the currently disabled Chrome Web Store URL:
Firefox: We are also working on a Firefox version.
Re-enable GoFullPage: If Chrome disabled the extension rather than removing it entirely, you may still be able to re-enable it at chrome://extensions.
Chrome beta: We have a beta version of GoFullPage available in the Chrome Web Store, providing users the newest functionality and another way to use GoFullPage while the official version is being restored. Official link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kehafhfdnkhdgbnpeofmhmbibmpnjaof.
Microsoft Edge: GoFullPage continues to work normally on Edge. Official link: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/gofullpage-full-page-sc/hfaciehifhdcgoolaejkoncjciicbemc.

I will delete it temporarily, although I was shocked to see that such a perfect, lightweight extension and always quick to capture has been removed from the store by Google.
I will reinstall it when you get the issue resolved.
I wish you luck, because it served me so well and I need it. I can always do a screenshot with a different extension, but nobody will understand. I am psychically connected with it and it was also pretty quick.
There are also different advantages of using this extension, but now I just wish you luck and please prove them that you are clean.
May Jesus Christ protect you at all times. I need your product. It was a part of my ritual and I really hope that He will help you to return to Chrome Web Store 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I will monitor this.

Hi there, I just tested it on my end, and was able to get it to work! If you have deleted it, you may not be able to access it any longer. You should still be able to use GoFullPage and all of its functionality on Microsoft Edge (official storefront: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/gofullpage-full-page-sc/hfaciehifhdcgoolaejkoncjciicbemc)!

I know. I usually log into my chrome account from different devices. From now on, the system won’t be able to add the extension. Yesterday it worked

It is pretty crazy. I mean, how could you have a copyright issue when you haven’t even updated the extension in 8 months?

Hi Mikey Michaels, we don’t believe the copyright issue at hand is related to any sort of recent code or update, but was rather a request to remove a particular design element that is not central to our brand. Our Microsoft Edge Add-On is already updated and was approved by Microsoft: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/gofullpage-full-page-sc/hfaciehifhdcgoolaejkoncjciicbemc

What happened to all the screen captures I had. Are they now gone?

Hi Diana, if you re-enable the extension, you should have your full history of screen captures. And when our official extension is restored, the full history should still be there, as long as the extension wasn’t deleted in the meantime!

Hi Martin, thanks for the kind words! There’s a variety of ways to access the extension still, which you can see in this update blog post: https://blog.gofullpage.com/2026/08/14/gofullpage-chrome-update-a-progress-report/
We have every belief we will be restored shortly otherwise 🙂
