We have some positive updates on the temporary removal of GoFullPage from the Chrome Web Store.
As we shared earlier, GoFullPage was removed due to a copyright-related issue. This was definitively not a security issue with GoFullPage.
We are working day and night on a resolution, and unfortunately don’t have a firm timeline for restoration yet. But we are feeling positive about the situation, and see a clear path toward having the official GoFullPage extension restored.
In the meantime
There are now several ways to keep using GoFullPage and any paid premium functionality. As a note, please use the official links provided on this page, as most search engine results are still pointing to the currently disabled Chrome Web Store URL:
- Re-enable GoFullPage: If Chrome disabled the extension rather than removing it entirely, you may still be able to re-enable it at
chrome://extensions. Whether you re-enable it or not, we recommend you leave it on Chrome, so you can recover it when it is restored. - Chrome beta: We have a beta version of GoFullPage available in the Chrome Web Store, providing users the newest functionality and another way to use GoFullPage while the official version is being restored. Both extensions can be installed simultaneously. Official link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kehafhfdnkhdgbnpeofmhmbibmpnjaof.
- Microsoft Edge: GoFullPage continues to work normally on Edge. Official link: https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/gofullpage-full-page-sc/hfaciehifhdcgoolaejkoncjciicbemc.
- Firefox: We are also working on a Firefox version.
We know how disruptive it is to lose a tool you rely on, and we appreciate the many messages of support we’ve received. We’re actively working on this from multiple directions and are confident that this is a temporary situation.
We’ll continue to update our blog as we have meaningful news, so follow below to keep in touch with the most up-to-date information.
Thank you for your patience and support.
